W.K. Kellogg Foundation Privacy Policy

In connection with sponsoring the Racial Equity 2030 challenge (the “Challenge”), the W.K. Kellogg Foundation (“WKKF” or “we”) may collect and process your personal information. This privacy policy ("Privacy Policy") explains what Personal Information WKKF collects from you and how we use and disclose that Personal Information. “Personal Information” means data relating to you from which you can be identified, such as your name, address, email address and telephone number. Personal Information does not include information regarding your organization that is not specific to an individual, such as your organization’s annual revenue or budget.

By participating in the Challenge or otherwise providing Personal Information to WKKF in connection with the Challenge, either directly or through third parties, you consent to WKKF’s collection, use and sharing of the information as described in this Privacy Policy.

2. What Personal Information Do We Collect?

WKKF may collect Personal Information directly from you. This may happen when you provide information directly to us in connection with the Challenge, sign up for communications from WKKF, or contact us directly with questions or comments.

We may also receive Personal Information about you from our third-party service provider RAMPIT, LLC (“RAMPIT”) collected when you use the www.racialequity2030.org website (the “Website”), register as a Website user, submit an entry for the Challenge (an “Entry”), or otherwise interact with RAMPIT in connection with the Challenge. WKKF does not sell the Personal Information you share with us to any third party for their own marketing purposes and only shares your Personal Information with third parties as described in this Privacy Policy.

5. Email Communications

If you have signed up to receive newsletters or other communications from WKKF, you may, at any time, inform us that you do not want WKKF to send you such communications by opting out using the link at the bottom of each email. After opting out, you will no longer receive communications from the mailing list from which you opted out; however, you may still receive transactional or other communications from us (e.g., communications regarding your participation in the Challenge).

7. Safeguarding Your Information

WKKF cares about the security of your Personal Information.  However, the Internet is a global communications vehicle open to threats, viruses and intrusions from others. For this reason, WKKF cannot promise, and you should not expect, that we will be able to protect your Personal Information at all times and in all circumstances. WKKF cannot guarantee the security and privacy of transmissions via the Internet, and we will not be liable for any lack of security relating to any online services made available to you in connection with the Challenge. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, WKKF shall not be liable for any damages resulting from any loss of privacy or security occurring in connection with any such communications.

8. Children Under 16

We do not seek to collect, nor do we knowingly collect, information from children under the age of 16. If a child has provided us with Personal Information, a parent or guardian of that child may contact us to have the information deleted from our records. From time to time, we may update this Privacy Policy. If we do, we will note near the top of this page the date that any changes are made and/or when they become effective. Your continued participation in the Challenge or other provision of Personal Information to us following the effective date of a change to this Privacy Policy signifies your acceptance of and agreement to the terms of the revised Privacy Policy. WKKF encourages you to regularly review this Privacy Policy so that you remain updated as to any changes.
